Ephesians 4:23 – “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;”

It’s amazing how the more I read Gods word and believe in his power and healing, the more happier I become within. There is a newness about I my soul I feel, and my spirit renewed every day. Indeed I have to have more rest than most having chronic fatigue, but after rest and good sleep I’m able to do much. And it’s only by the grace of God that I rise, with him giving me the strength I need and putting hope in my heart, I have faith to believe I can and I will. THE CLOSER I GET TO THEE; THE MORE FREE I FEEL. Newness brings forth happiness, joy, less stress, no worries, warm heart and a honest mouth.

Romans 12:2 – “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Isaiah 40:31 – “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.”

After leaving out the gym this morning I walked a bit then something in me said jog, so I was just going to jog right to my apartment which is a short distance, but still my mind told me to jog once I reached the sidewalk in front of my apartment building I kept going, following the sidewalk all the way around the other side to a dead end. It felt good and it was a very proud moment for me. Turned around walked and then sprinted to my apartment door. After my heart rated calmed down and I was at rest, a smile came upon my face, I was just smiling. I thought to myself, “wow I’m happy.” With myself I feel nothing but joy in my heart right now for me.

Philippians 4:8 – “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.”
